DIAGONAL FINISHER

Designed to give an even higher degree of accuracy than the compactor finisher and reduce hand work when wet formed joints are used

  • Mounted on 4 bogies with long wheel bases – reduces inaccuracies of the road forms by 75% at the position of the two finishing beams
  • The machine is equipped with two box type counter oscillating screeds with a stepless adjustable drive from 25 – 60 oscillations per minutes.  The length of stroke can also be adjusted between 110 – 240 mm.
  • The leading beam is heavy and acts like a planer – removing all irregularities  and the second is lighter and acts like a float – to seal the concrete
  • The machine will do between 0.25 and 5 m/min
